Annual audit
An independent third-party firm audits Favor’s U.S. operation every year, and our field operations in Uganda, South Sudan, and Chad each undergo their own annual independent audit. The audits and the public IRS Form 990s are published on the accountability page.
Conflict-of-interest policy
A written conflict-of-interest policy is in place, and board members are required to disclose potential conflicts annually.
