Mission & Vision
Transformed Hearts Transform Nations
Favor International serves and trains indigenous African leaders to carry the Gospel into some of the darkest places on earth, where the name of Jesus Christ has never been heard.
Our mission
Transforming nations with the power of the Gospel through prayer movements and indigenous missionary movements which are accelerating the fulfillment of the Great Commission to unreached people groups, and into every area of society from grassroots to governments.
Why we exist
A spiritual army from the broken, lost, and impoverished.
God has raised Favor up to mobilize a spiritual army from the broken, lost, and impoverished in 14+ countries. This army will raise up the next generation of soldiers growing and expanding the Kingdom of God that will overcome the strongholds of darkness that have long plagued Northern Africa.
Favor International serves to transform war-torn victims into purpose-driven Christian victors, equipped to advance the Gospel in villages and mobilized to advance the Kingdom in nations.
We see trauma resolved, communities revitalized, at-risk children rescued from traffickers, poverty shrinking, and darkness driven away by the power of the Gospel in action.
How we do it
National leaders on the front lines.
Our passion is to mobilize national leaders in front-line battlegrounds to align their communities with the purposes of God in every aspect of life.
National leaders are solving problems others haven't been able to. They are willing to work harder, more self-sacrificially, and more effectively for their people and nation than we ever could. Our work is to serve and train them, so each leader goes out with the Scriptures, the discipleship, and the support they need to multiply. National leadership is one of our core principles in Favor.
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” Philippians 4:6
PRAYER
“I also say to you that you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church; and the gates of Hades will not overpower it.” Matthew 16:18
What we instill in our leaders
- Strong prayer life Everything begins on the knees. Leaders are formed in prayer before they are ever sent out.
- Humble dependency and submission to God Reliance on God rather than self, following His direction over their own ambition.
- Passion for the Kingdom mission A burning desire to see God’s Kingdom advance among their own people and beyond.
- Focused study of God’s Word Grounded in Scripture, so they can teach and disciple others faithfully.
- Discipleship Leaders who make leaders, multiplying themselves into the next generation.
- Servant leadership Leaders who follow the pattern of Jesus, taking the lowest place and serving the people they lead.
- Desire to serve nations A heart to carry the gospel beyond their home area, to any people God sends them.
- Developed vision, calling, and gifts from God Clarity about how God has uniquely equipped them, and the courage to walk in it.
Transformation takes time and commitment. For over 20 years, we have witnessed trained national leaders bear the most fruit. We stay until they can carry the work themselves.
The long view
We are here to sow for a lifetime.
The Gospel comes first
The Gospel goes first, then everything else follows.
Favor gets the Gospel out to unreached areas where few others go, and we lead discipleship efforts beyond evangelism to produce fruit that multiplies.
The Gospel is foundational to all other humanitarian work (education, orphanages, business, medical, etc.) and must be in place for other organizations to effectively do their work. National leaders can better access all spheres of their societies with greater speed and less expense than western missionaries.
Favor's vision is to see national leaders of all walks of life, equipped by the rest of the body of Christ, establish national leaders of all walks of life to disciple other national leaders to further establish the Kingdom of God.

Relationship
All partnering and ministry is built on this foundation.
Research
It's important to us to sow where the need is greatest. Before determining where to expand the ministry, we make sure to pray and research the possibilities.
Receipts
Every receipt is kept for each purchase made or service paid for. They are filed with accurate book keeping in the ministry office and then scanned and emailed back to the partner.
Reports
Reports are given to ministries and supporters on a regular basis. They include acknowledgment of gifts and thank you notes from the office and recipients of the money. We do this to encourage ongoing relationship with the gift recipients.
Records
Each purchase or service relating to designations is recorded accurately with names of recipients, partners, use of money, date, location, and project or person the money was intended for. These records are available to any partner and ministry affiliated with the area of support.
Results
Results of seeds sown and planted are reviewed and re-evaluated. We want to see seed sown on fertile ground. If results are not evaluated regularly, waste can occur. Our reports will continue to be presented months after gifts are given.
