About Favor International
Favor International is a faith-based ministry that has spent more than twenty years carrying the Gospel into some of the hardest places on earth. We work in Chad, South Sudan, and Uganda, and our work is entirely indigenous-led. Every pastor, teacher, and community leader in our network is African. We go where others don’t.
Our work spans evangelism and discipleship, education, community development, and economic empowerment. Behind every number is a real person whose life has changed. Telling those stories well is how more people come alongside the work.
We are growing our U.S. Development team and looking for a driven, relationship-focused Regional Development Director to manage a portfolio of major donors and help fuel our mission in Africa.
