To reach a village, reach a woman.
Favor trains women in trauma healing, discipleship, and a trade so they can feed their children, pay school fees, and shut the door on traffickers.
Most women Favor serves are the breadwinners, fighting to feed their families. Schools are far. Fees are impossible. That is when traffickers’ job promises start to sound like mercy. Women’s Empowerment ends that cycle by giving a woman a skill, a project, and a church around her.
Training includes trauma healing, entrepreneurship, parenting, financial management, anti-abortion teaching, trafficking awareness, health, and discipleship. Biblical training builds the confidence to share faith. After a group project generates income, women open individual shops, farms, and homes.
The Paibony Women Empowerment group is one picture of it: lessons on forgiveness and prayer beside business ventures, with families coming to salvation who had never walked that road.
The field film To Reach a Village, Reach a Woman is the short version. A mother who knows Jesus and can earn is how a village learning center fills, how a church has food after the service, and how a girl stays a daughter instead of a commodity.
